Roles under GDPR
Depending on how your organization uses Viktor:
- Customer as Controller / Zeta AI as Processor: For most use cases, your organization controls the personal data processed in Slack and connected tools. Zeta AI processes that data on your instructions to provide the Service.
- Zeta AI as Controller: Zeta AI acts as a controller for limited data needed to operate our business (e.g., billing records, basic account administration, security, and support communications).
